  •   Proficient in all aspects of general office management, clerical and administrative duties. 
  • Shadowed casting agents during auditions and assisted with logging talent names and information for call backs.
  • Served as liaison representing the agency contacting other agencies to share audition information.

Internship – continuation of learning the Agency business. Once familiar with Ford’s organizational structure,

Hospitality Guide/ Intern –recruited by NBC to accommodate NBC/GE’s VIP guests at the Winter Olympics
  •   Provide administrative support to NBC/GE top clients and guests attending the Winter Olympics. 
  •   Coordination of daily activity and event scheduling, communications services, event set-up, merchandise fulfillment, etc.
  •   Provide multiple concierge guest services including transportation assistance,  escort services to and from Olympic events.

  •   Total emersion experience at 2010 Cannes Film Festival.
